Mallory Lawvor LMT #21745
Massage Therapist & Owner

Mallory attended Utah College of Massage Therapy in Orem, Utah.  While in school, she fell in love with injury massage and the ability to help people heal, massage therapy became much more than just a job.  she loves the challenges and the rewards that come with working with sports injuries, and has centered her practice around it. Mallory has had the privilege of working with the Olympic Ski and Snowboarding team while they trained in Park City Utah, as well as the Utah Jazz Basketball Team.  From those experiences, she has gained deep knowledge and understanding of how the body works and saw first hand the amazing benefits of massage with athletes and reducing injuries.

Along with Sports and Injury massage, she also specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Swedish massage. Mallory has been practicing massage therapy for over 12 years, and has thousands of hours of hands-on experience. Using a combination of techniques and modalities, she is able to reset your mind and body to leave you feeling like a new person. Whether you have an active lifestyle or sit at a desk all day, Mallory can help alleviate your pain and reset your muscles, so that you may have a better range of motion and get back to doing the activities that you love. If you are stressed to the max and need a gentle, relaxing massage or you want specific work to alleviate muscle tension, she have a plan for that. Mallory is extremely detail-oriented and take into consideration what you say, as well as how your body reacts and feels, to create the most therapeutic massage experience for you.
My goal is to give you the best results possible and create a plan that will get you there, in a way that is also comfortable for you.
